Aria is a radio streaming app developed by Albertas Povilaitis. This Privacy Policy explains our approach to data — which is simple: we collect nothing.

Data We Collect

Aria does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, or crash reporting services.

Data Stored on Your Device

Aria stores your radio station list locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Network Connections

Aria connects to the internet only for the following purposes:

• Radio streams: When you play a station, your device connects directly to the station's streaming server. This connection is between you and the station provider — Aria does not act as a proxy or intermediary.
• Station discovery: When you search for stations, Aria queries the Radio Browser public API (radio-browser.info). No personal information is sent — only your search query (station name or genre).

Third-Party Services

Aria uses the Radio Browser API (radio-browser.info) for station discovery. This is a community-maintained, open-source radio station database. Please refer to their privacy policy for information about their data practices.

Children's Privacy

Aria does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Since we collect no data, material changes are unlikely.
